We want you to love the fit and fabric. If something is not right, eligible items can be returned within 7 days — message us on WhatsApp to start.
Eligible items
Unworn kurtis with original tags and packaging. Items that show wear, damage, or missing tags may not qualify — we will guide you case by case.
How to return
WhatsApp us with your order ID and reason (size, defect, etc.). We share pickup or return instructions for your pincode. Pack the item securely in original packaging when possible.
Refunds & exchanges
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds for prepaid orders go to the original payment method; COD orders may be settled via UPI or as agreed. Exchanges depend on stock — ask us on WhatsApp.
